The project aims to create a modern, well-planned township, comprising 25,016 residential plots alongside commercial, administrative, educational, and social amenities.

Critical to this endeavor is the establishment of water supply, sewerage, drainage, and solid waste management systems. Traditionally, such projects have been executed through formal public procurement channels. However, in a bid to leverage private sector expertise and financing, RAJUK has opted for a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) approach. This strategy not only facilitates the engagement of private sector entities for efficient service provision but also allows RAJUK to offer affordable rates for water, sewerage, drainage, and waste management services to residents through partnership agreements.
